How to Improve your Breathing

How to Learn to Breath

Improve concetration, performance and lower stress.

    Deep Inhale

  2. Short Breath

  10. Deep Exhale

  11. Exhale slowly and completely for at least 3 seconds.
  12. Deep Inhale

  13. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for approximately five minutes. Concentrate on your breathing, not the clock.
